Suburb · Perth metropolitan area
Large southern suburb developed through the seventies and eighties on generous blocks.
Roofers Perth puts Willetton property owners in touch with experienced roofers working across the Perth metro area. Tell us the tile type and what you're seeing and we'll match it to someone who covers your area — free call, no obligation.
Seventies and eighties housing with concrete tile throughout. Uniform build era across the suburb.
What comes up most around Willetton: repointing, roof repairs, tile roofs. Postwar stock, so that mix is typical for the area.
Willetton is inside the your local council area, so those rules apply.
The WA rules are set at state level, so they're identical here: no roofing licence below $20,000, Building Services Board registration above it, and a Plumbers Licensing Board licence for any gutter or stormwater work.
On repointing, the total tells you very little — a complex modern roofline has three times the ridge of a simple gable. Ask for the rate per lineal metre and the total metres.
Indicative ranges are published here, with a firm price after an inspection.
No obligation. Takes 30 seconds.
The most common roof repair in Perth, and the one people leave too long.
Leaks, slipped tiles, failed valleys and the rest of it.
Terracotta and concrete — the two roofs almost every Perth home has.
Clean, re-bed, repoint and coat — and the honest limits of it.
